Using the platform

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Live Quiz and Solo Adventure can be used without an account; you're still responsible for content you submit (question sets, nicknames, etc.) while using them.
• Don't use Brainboost to upload or share content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights.

Accounts & roles

Accounts may have different access levels (student, staff, admin) depending on what's been granted. Admins may suspend or adjust access for accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

Content you create

If you create quiz questions, question sets, or other content on Brainboost, you retain ownership of it. By publishing it for others to use (e.g. via Live Quiz or Solo Adventure), you grant other participants the ability to view and interact with that content as part of normal use of the feature.

Curated content

Materials, tests, and question banks curated by Brainboost's administrators are provided for educational use within the platform. Don't reproduce or redistribute this content outside Brainboost without permission.

Availability

We aim to keep Brainboost available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

Disclaimer

Brainboost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep content accurate, but we don't guarantee that practice tests or materials are error-free or fully represent any specific exam or placement process.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brainboost and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use Brainboost after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
